Using various techniques, mainly histological, LROT’s research has shown an acceleration of cellular differentiation of bone tissue in various in vitro and in vivo models.
The development of genomic techniques now allows a more sensitive approach to modifications in the cellular physiology, particularly mechanisms of proliferation and differentiation.
LROT continues to investigate on modifications in messenger RNA expression to explain previously observed histological results. Preliminary results confirm these previous findings and show an acceleration of physiological mechanisms such as proliferation and differentiation.
